Hi! My name is Sydney Doyle and I am the 2024 Chapter President of the Kappa Gamma Chapter at the University of Dayton! I am beyond excited and honored to have the opportunity to lead our chapter this year! I decided to go through Formal Recruitment in 2022 to meet a strong and supporting group of women who share similar values and interests. During recruitment, I had genuine and intimate conversations with many of the women in our chapter and truly felt supported. I also felt a deep connection to Sigma Kappa's philanthropies and valued how important service was to these women. Once I joined the chapter, I immediately knew I had made the right decision and could not wait for the future. Since joining Sigma Kappa, I have grown immensely as an individual and a leader. In 2023, I served as Panhellenic Delegate on the Executive Council which allowed me to serve as a role model for our chapter and I knew that was something I wanted to continue doing. I decided to run for President to deepen connections within our sisterhood and to continue supporting the amazing women within our chapter. Joining Sigma Kappa has been the best decision of my college career. This group of women are so special and never fail to make me feel loved and supported. College can be a difficult period of our lives, as we continue to grow and develop as individuals, and having a group of women surrounding you through it is so important. The experiences and relationships I have been given through Sigma Kappa have helped me become the person I am today. I am so excited to see what we accomplish this year!
